Some of the best team moments don't happen in a meeting room. They happen when you hand someone a pipette and ask them to trust their nose.
THE VISION
Reddit wanted their "Reddit Rabbit Hole" team event to feel different. Something hands-on, something their people would actually look forward to, not another morning tea at the desk.
They invited Sensoriam into their Sydney office to run a natural perfume-making session for the team. It was part of a larger “Reddit Rabbit Hole” activation in all Reddit offices around the world. A chance to deep dive down the Rabbit Hole into something they may not know much about.
THE EXPERIENCE
We set up a full scent bar right in the office, turning a corner of the workday into a sensory pause.
Guests worked through our palette of natural botanicals, learning as they went. What each oil brings, how they sit together, what they say about the person choosing them.
Across 6 sessions of 30 mins, thirty team members blended a 100% natural roll-on perfume of their own, each one different, each one theirs to keep.
THE IMPACT
The room was full of curiosity and laughter. People leaned over each other's stations, swapping notes, comparing blends.
