Natural Perfumes and Networking Lunch for Ladies

3SixtyCo, a boutique strategic marketing consultancy specialising in luxury residential projects, approached me to create a bespoke experience for their Women in Property networking lunch, held in partnership with Mulpha and Opes Real Estate.

The event took place at Ciel Restaurant in Norwest, following a private sales presentation at Mulpha’s showroom. It was designed to showcase Mulpha’s Norwest Quarter development — Australia’s first carbon-neutral, sustainable community.

The Vision

I knew 3SixtyCo wanted an activation that resonated deeply with the themes of sustainability and natural living.

My goal was to create a premium experience that created conversation and connection among the high-calibre guests.

Networking Lunch Experience with 3SixtyCo and Mulpha

The Experience

I curated a luxurious scent bar and workshop experience for the event. On arrival, guests were welcomed by a beautifully styled Sensoriam perfume display, with our full collection of 100% natural perfumes available to explore. For many guests, this was their first introduction to natural perfumery — sparking curiosity and conversation right away.

After lunch, I guided the group through the world of natural perfumery, sharing stories of botanical ingredients and inviting guests to reflect on their own scent memories.

The hands-on highlight was a natural room mist creation workshop. Each guest blended their own fragrance using premium essential oils, bottled in elegant 100ml glass bottles with custom labels. Guests named their creations and enjoyed sharing scents with one another at their tables.

I handled the full set-up and pack-down, ensuring the experience was seamless within the restaurant environment. The activation was so engaging that even the head chef and kitchen staff joined in, creating their own room mists alongside the attendees.

The Impact

15 women in property experienced a premium, bespoke sensory activation that perfectly complemented the sustainable ethos of Mulpha’s Norwest Quarter development.

The activity sparked conversation, laughter, and personal connection, reinforcing the event’s networking goals.

Guests left with a unique and memorable keepsake — a personalised room mist — making the experience tangible beyond the lunch.

Client feedback was excellent, highlighting how the scent bar added a luxe, distinctive dimension to the event that guests had not experienced before.

This activation showcased how Sensoriam can deliver elevated, sensory-led experiences that align with brand values, support premium positioning, and create lasting impressions for discerning audiences.
